i get 60000 rank in mains but got 73% in cbse board,can i get any college through jossa

You are not eligible to get seat in NITs/IIITs/IITs and GFTIs as you are not fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria i.e you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
