Hope you are doing great . According to your percentile score chances of getting admission into any government college is nearly negligible but still if you want to try , You should apply for the counselling of your home state and I would suggest you to wait till physical rounds of counselling if you are okay to pursue mechanical engineering . Otherwise you can apply for various private colleges , some of which I am mentioning below:-
