i get 70 marks in jeemain and i belong to obc category. can i take admission in gov. college.

Sure, you can get yourself in gov. colleges but it varies from one college to another. Some govt. college might admit you based on your JEE main marks and on the other hand some govt. college might conduct their own university/college level entrance test in which you would have to appear and clear the examination. A piece of advice for you, in whichever govt. college you want to get admitted, go and check the eligibility criteria and apply accordinly.
