search the website of those colleges in which u want to study.....and then check their admission process
if u want college in orissa...then u have to go through ojee counselling- www.ojee.nic.in

Gyani zail Singh college,Shahid Bhagat Singh,and many more in Punjab.In Rajasthan u can google out or and cr of different govt. Colleges...I m sure u will get govt college in these states
