I am really sorry to say this but with this percentile your chances of getting into a government college are quite low . but still you can try for your state counselling since there you will get home state quota also . I would suggest you to wait till physical rounds of counselling . Every state has a different counselling, like for Haryana it is HSTES . Also there are some private colleges you can definitely apply for according to your interest.
