Hello there,
With 90 percentile, your All India Rank will be in the range of 84000 to 1lakh approximately. Since you belong to the SC category, your category rank will be in the range of 3000 to 4600 approximately. You haven't mentioned your home state. Analysing the previous year data, you can get some lower NITs.
You can check the cut-off rank of all the NITs from the link given below:

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
