You cannot get any IIT, NIT or IIIT with this rank. You can try for state engineering colleges or private engineering college.
If you want to take admission in IITs, NITs you can take a drop and prepare for next year.

Well, basing upon your rank and percentile in Jee Mains, you may not get admission into top most NITs like NIT ROURKELA, NIT WARANGAL, NIT DURGAPUR, etc in your desired branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission into the college are high. You can also apply for other deemed universities and government engineering colleges in Uttarakhand.
