I get 98.5 percentile in jeemains can i get tirichy civil

According to previous year cutoffs, you can get civil in nit tirchy.
you may not get it in the first round itself, but if previous year trend is followed you should get it in further rounds. But for being on the safer side, you should have some other options also with you.

Congratulation for such a good score in jee mains 2019.
I regret to inform you that with a short of few marks its difficult for you to get admission into indias reputed and leading nit with civil engineering.
But still as every year few seats in most of the nits are increasing theres chances for you to get admission into nit trichy with civil engineering in special round .
You should not take chance with this and option for several other non core branches in other top nits.
