I get fail in cbsc class 12 in 2019 so I am reapering in cbsc 12 in 2020 so can I appearin jee mains and in jee advanced and I can get iit.

According to the criteria for JEE Mains and Advanced the thing is that you can take JEE Mains for three consecutive years and JEE Advanced for 2 consecutive years. So even if you have taken your first attempt this year you still have chances left. So don't worry. Score above the eligibilty criteria and there will be no problem.
