I get only 65 % in 12 th .which field is better for me

Selection of a particular field or branch doesn't only depend on your class 12th board exams marks. You need to have interest in that field to succeed in the future.
However nowadays admission in top colleges and universities are based on their respective entrance exams. So getting admission with 12th board marks is very difficult.
