I give cbse class 12 in jee 2024 but not apper for jee next year in 2025 give jee mains but not qualified and also not gain 75 percent so i decided to apper for nios 2026 with 5 subjects and get 75 percent so i am eligible for 2027 jee as a nios candidate

NIOS is a recognised board, so after passing Class 12 in 2026, you can sit for JEE Main 2027 (no issue for eligibility to write the exam). The 75% / top 20 percentile rule is only for admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs, not for appearing in the exam
