I give jee mains in january and april .But I don't get good marks .I don't give suffficent time to study , now I think to drop this year.

If you are not able to prepare this year, then go for drop then. Taking drop will help you qith peraration for jee mains and also jee advanced.
Coming to second part of question, if you have appeared for class 12 this year, the you are eligible to aply for jee advanced next year.
