Sorry to say but with this rank your chances of getting selected in chennai SRM is quite low .You can try but your chances are low. But you can try for other departments like IT . Try for this and wait for the counseling. Best of luck for your future .

But according to past years cutoff the closing rank of CSE in ramapuram campus is 65000

Cutoffs can varied but you can try for this . You can try for cse . If it showing previous year closing rank is 65k then you will get it. Best of luck .
