DAIICT Gandhinagar (Electronics and Communication Engineering) is generally preferred for its excellent academic environment, coding culture, research opportunities and strong placement record.

SVNIT Surat (Electrical Engineering) is a reputed NIT with good faculty, strong core engineering opportunities and excellent government recognition.

If your interest is in electronics, software, VLSI or higher studies, DAIICT ECE is generally the better choice. If you prefer core electrical engineering, PSUs or government sector opportunities, SVNIT Electrical is an excellent option.

Overall, DAIICT ECE is generally preferred because of its placement opportunities and industry exposure.
