I got 0.5414 marks in 1 shift from sc category will I qualify to 2nd session and when I got good marks in 2nd session which marks will consider

See there is no any requirement of any minimum percentile to appear in session 2 of JEE-Main 2022, you can directly appear in it if you have registered for the same and for final ranking the best of the two marks will be considered so if you score better percentile in session 2 then that will be considered for final result and your admission will be based on that percentile.
