I got 103000 rank in obc category so which College I can get with 75 percentile and 93 percentile in board

I would suggest you to wait for spot counselling as you can get benefit of home quota as well as OBC category. You can get seat in Nits like NIT agartala, NIT manipur, NIT sikkim , Nit mizoram etc. But you have to compromise with college and branch. All the best.
