I got 104 marks in met entrance and my rank is gen- 436 can I got admission in chemical engineering through lateral entry ?

According to 2019 cut offs you had a high chance of getting chemical branch in MIT manipal, sikkim and all other campuses. Hope you have got one one seat and start to enjoy your college life. You had a good rank and i am sure you had got the branch in MIT Manipal, sikkim etc.
