The entering and closing ranks differ due to various factors such as number of candidates appeared and qualified, number of seats available, category of candidates, course opted and so on. Based on previous year data you have chances in getting admissions for agriculture seats. In 2018 candidates having ranks between 9000-11000 had chances. So you can expect an admission. All the best.
