Hii.Your marks are little less.Asboer the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting admission to NITs.You will not get College in beginning rounds but you will get some lower ranked NITs from North-east and some NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur,etc in final rounds.So,be patient.All the best.
