Hi,

I'm assuming that you are general category aspirant who doesn't belong to any state which has an NLU where state domicile reservation is applicable. To be very honest I don't think you will get any NLU in the counseling. However, you can try your luck in the vacancy for that keep checking different NLUs website after the completion of admission process. But you can try for private colleges.
