I got 108/366 in JEE advanced(General Category). I did not take any coaching. Should I drop a year and prepare for IIT again?

Do you have other options ? If you have some good options then prefer them over drop.
Because you can use this year in future for preparing for other exams .
If you are short of options then you can go for a drop.

Definitely take a drop you have scored very good marks in first attempt, one year drop is not a waste of time it is an investment of one year to make bright career. Best of luck
