Well, it would be easier for me to guide if you had told clearly.
But I'm guessing your category rank not CRL would 1095.
With this rank, you do hold a chance of getting a seat at new IIT woing to your category.
Though, I would recommend oyu to opt for NIT if you have a decent scorecard in JEE mains.
