I got 10th choice as college allotmen in NEET 1st conselling, if I go 4 upgradtion can i get form 1-9th choice only or I hv to fill new choi

thank you for approaching us . such things cannot be predicted . they purely depend on the number of vacant seat , students applying for second counselling . but there are very less chances for an upgradation in the college during secong counselling . if upgradation happens luckily also , you might get the 9th or 8th college .
