Nope you have to clear the second stage of the JEE exam that is advance if you get good rank in advance then you will get into IIT.Best of Luck.!!

Telling you frankly IIIT Hyderabad has very high cutoffs near about 260-270 and they don't consider category ranks also so if you're on general then I really can't say you will get or not but still you fill the options while filling your counselling form .. Best of Luck!!
