I got 1100 rank.and sc category rank 25 . is there possibility of getting obs and gynaec in jipmer

Hey Vasudha.
The cut off for admission in JIPMER in the January Session for the SC categoru was an overall rank of 3265 and category rank of 130 for all branches. For this session there are 9 seats fot Obs and Gynae from all categories. Your chances depend not only on your rank but the preferences of the candidates ranked above you. Not much can be said with surety for Obs and Gynae branch but your chances for a sear in JIPMER are fair.
