You can get into lower tier national institutes of tevhnology, like the ones in the 3rd tier, not the first and second tier though according to your rank
You can try north east nits like nit arunachal nit mizoram
Nit sikkim etc

this rank is not enough for getting cse in madhya pradesh. even with the reserved quota you would not get cse in any good nit. you can try for other lower nits like sikkim,mizoram,nagaland, manipur. you can get them in round 7 or 8. if you want madhya pradesh nit you need to wait for the special rounds but you won't get cse.
