As per your mentioned rank in AEEE 2019 you have sure chance to get coimbatore campus as per last year cutoff rank , as you belong to home state so last year state cutoff was 13801 for CSE respectively.

Congratulations on securing good JEE percentile. With your AEEE rank, i think you can get a seat in Amrita University Coimbatore where the state cutoff rank is arounf 13k (2018 cutoff trends). As I hope, there wont be any major changes in these trends, i think you can get it.
