Seats are not allotted on the basis of marks but on the basis of rank. If your rank is in the range of between 5000-6000 then you've a chance to make it to one of the private institutes namely Delhi Institute of Rural Development or Chandra Prabhu Jain College and other affiliated colleges of IPU.
