I got 118 marks in jee mains paper2 category belongs to BC-B then I can get nit college for studying b-archetecture

With just 118 makrs in jee mains paper 2 sad to tell you but you wont be able to get any NIT. You can try for private colleges instead. I further suggest you to reappear for jee mains paper 2 if you really want to study in a NIT.
