I got 119 in aeee . Can I get cse, it's okay if not in main campus, but anywhere else? or specialization atleast in Amritapuri?

The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number if available seats, etc.
According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 13500-15000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year). For open state quota previous (2017) closing rank for CSE was 1813. So there aren't much chances according to this. You can try applying for CSE in their Amritapuri campus.
