I got 122 marks in JEE Advanced 2018, I am OBC NCL, Can i get CSE in some good IIT?

Its very difficult to get cse at these marks as its always at the top choice for all.

Sorry to say but NO. you won't get CSE at good IIT.
You will either get a good branch or you will get a good college. It depends on you, what you want to choose.
