With a score of 123, your rank in JEE Main CRL will be somewhere around 46000 and category rank will be around 12000. With that rank, i don't think you'll be able to get admission in NIT Andhra or IIIT or IIITDM. So, I'd suggest you to go to JoSAA website and check the last rank details of various courses and colleges that you're interested in taking admission into. You can get an idea on what you are looking.
