I got 126 marks and rank 1027 in cee 2019.Is there any chance of getting a seat in AEC, guwahati. I am from obc category.

Hope you are doing well!! See as you have said you belong to OBC category and with that particular rank you can make it to Assam Engineering college (AEC) but you may not get desired branch in AEC. Rather than that you can go for Jorhat engineering college (JEC) where you will be having more branch option and you can get your preferable branch. Be prepared for counseling, make all the documents ready for verification as the counseling is starting from 10th of june. Hope these helped you.

Well it depends upon other students who are in above of your rank if they choose ECE and AEC then it will be tough to get rather than that and keeping previous year cut off you can get ECE branch in AEC.
