I got 12627 rank in B'ARCH in jee mains, obc and female can I get seat in nits?

At first, just being OBC member doesn't provide you reservation in NITs. You must be of non creamy layer.
Really sorry to say that with 12627, you won't be able to get any of the NITs in India. Every NITs cutoff closes below 5000 rank. You can definitely go for IIITs, if the cutoff matches your rank.
