Selection from stage 1 to stage 2 depends on the state-wise qualifying cutoff released by respective states which also depends on various factors like the number of applicants, difficulty level etc. Moreover, as per the qualifying cutoff, a candidate from the general category must obtain 40% and SC/ST must obtain 32% separately in MAT and SAT papers. As you have not mentioned the state name you can check the link below to have an idea from the previous year cutoff.

As a General category NTSE 2019 cutoff, You should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is sufficient to qualify stage 1, But the selection for the second round depends on the state to state.
It should be noted that there might be changes in cutoff due to change the Exam Pattern.
