NTA has done normalisation on the marks scored by the candidates. All the specifics they used to normalise the score are not clearly known but you can refer below link to know your percentile.

Formula: (100-percentile)*869010/100
Where 869010 is the no. of students appeared for Jan session exam. You could expect this no. likely to go up to 1200000 during April session. Then replacing 869010 with 1200000 your rank will be 27720-33960.
New Formula: (100-percentile)*1200000/100
