I got 130 marks for keam 2019 and secured 72% from ISC boards. Will I get admission in government college for CSE and what will be my rank ?

Since your percentage in Class 12th is 72% and you have gotten 130 marks in KEAM, your predicted rank would be around 32000-30000. I am sorry to say that you cannot get any government colleges.
However, you do have a chance in Government controlled colleges and in self-financing colleges also.
