In 2020 round number 3 counselling the last rank of the candidate who got admission was 4457 to get admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. So to be in the safe side you should be able to secure a rank below 4400. Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
The expected rank with the given score will be in between 8000-15000. Comparing the cut off and the expected rank you may not get admission to ECE.
