i got 131/300 what will be my percentile in 8th jan 2020 1st shift
Hey Rakshit!
National Testing Agency(NTA) has released the official results of Jee Mains January session. You can check your percentile from the official website or by visiting the given link https://jeemain.nic.in/jeemainresult/root/authcandwithdob.aspx
After knowing your percentile, you can predict your expected rank by this formula but keep in mind that is only a prediction and you still have an attempt left to give in the April Jee Mains:-
So,(100 - your total percentile score) is the percentage of people ahead of you. Now, 869010 were the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. If, however, the number of candidates for April exam get increased to 1200000 then your final rank shall be calculated by using this rank formula:- (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
After predicting your rank, you can use this college predictor to know your chances of getting the desired colleges based on January scores
Whatever your results are, just keep in mind that you still have a good chance to improve upon it by performing well in April Jee and only the better of two scores would be considered by the NTA.
Hope you have understood it and if still you have problems then you can again comment it as we are here to help you in solving all your career queries.
