i got 131558 rank in general ews category so which colleges i can get and yes I didn't clear the cutoff of mains

Hello, with a rank of 131558 in the EWS category, you did not clear the JEE Main cutoff, so you will not be eligible for JoSAA counselling for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. In this situation, you can look for admission through state engineering counselling or private colleges, or you can prepare and appear for JEE Main again next year for better options.
