I got 13278 rank in MAINS PAPER-2. I am General candidate. Which colleges accepts me?

You should be under 2.5k to be in the safe zone.

According to your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, chances would be less to get a seat in architecture/planning colleges through JoSAA Counseling. You can try in private colleges.
