I got 13351 rank and i am belong to obc category also plzz help me to find that which college will be best for me

As per the last year data your marks will be around to 525 marks. As merit changes every year so chance of changing will be there always.

But mainly college merit depend on the different states. Almost all the states have 85 percent seats  and for other states students shey have 15 percent seats. The state from which you belong to have many chances to give you seat as per your said marks. You can grab the benefit of state quota and obc both at a same time which gives you better possible choices. At this marks don't expect the tamilnadu or kerala state colleges. North-west side college will have more chance.
