I'd say atleast in the top 50 unless you opt for something less popular like Biomedical Engineering. Most of the seats are filled through GATE, so even a top 50 rank provides no guarantee.So 1339 rank is not enough to give you a good college. Admissions through PGECET are local colleges within AP which are not so good.Even top colleges like JNTU prefer students coming through GATE rather than PGECET
