I got 136 in mhtcet and I'm in open category can I get BE chemical engineering in ICT college?

Sorry to say but NO.
You won't get ICT MUMBAI B.Chem Engineering any how with this score in MHTCET.
You need to have at least 175+ in MHTCET for OPEN CATEGORY to get into ICT CHEMICAL ENGINEERING.

No chnaces for ICT Mumbai Chemical engineering as cutoffs are above 145 marks in MHTCET.
Roujd 4 cutoff is 140 on average past 3years.
Good chances for DJ sanghvi college of engineering for Chemical engineering.
