Since the results are not out yet so i presume you have calculated your marks in jee advanced using answer keys for paper. It will definitely depend on the cutoff for this year but if we see the last year trends of cutoff you may have a chance to cross the general cutoff.
Now the question remains for your category if you are one of sc/st you may definitely get electrical/mechanical branches in iit bhu or iit patna or ism Dhanbad. But if you are from general category you may get seat in small iits but you won't get any core branch in any of the iits.
