I got 138 marks in jee mains paper 2, my CRL rank is 66579 and my OBC rank is 22076, do I have any chance for selection in any govt. College

Thanks for approaching us. With a OBC rank of 22076 surely you can get into any Goverment college.
But its hard to get into any NITs or IITs.
