As per as your expected score you have chance of getting home state NIT.Cuttoff for home state quota depends on ranking of NIT.It may possible that you will get core stream if your HOME STATE NIT' ranking not so much.If your Home state NIT is high ranked NIT then under general category you have less chance of getting seat.For sureity wait till NTA rank.Your score seems good to secure seats in home state NIT with non core stream.
