ooo... you can apply for Chandigarh university, but please check their placement and reviews..
can I get some consesation in fee???
some of the private colleges give scholarship, but not all. you can apply for them but only when you enter the college.
some of the banks give loans easily, you can talk to them how much will they fund you. apart from that there are other additional scholarships available specially for reserved and minorities.
I would like to inform you that the banks don't fund completely. so please if you cant afford dont go for a private college.
