Yes with a rank of 1415 in preparatory rank in jee advanced you can get top IIT colleges. If you want CSE you need to have a rank with 400-600. You can choose other branches in top IIT colleges. The final rank list will be released shortly. There maybe slight changes or variation in rank but it would not be too much like 100 or so.

You can get CSE in IIT ropar and IIT indore and gandhi nagar. You will all branches like chemical engineering,physics etc with your rank.
