I got 143 in her advanced can I get IIT admission

No 143 are such a lowest marks with which you have no chances with the admission in any of the IITs so better you go for the private institutes for the course you want to pursue. The rank for the IITs is around 600-700 and if your rank is arounf this range then you can try in IITs for the admission. If you have the range mentioned above then go for the JAC Or JoSAA counselling for the admission in IIT.
